Can be used as a 1-Loop & Tuner-Out, 1-Loop & A-B box, or 1-Loop w/Mute.
The outputs are shunted to ground, so whatever channel is on, the other is dead quiet.
...and whatever is in the loop gos through both A & B outputs

Tuner-Out Jack can also be used as the "B" output to a second amp,... or with no jack in at all, will mute output that is not active. 
Tech Stuff: The output that is not active (off) will be shunted to ground just as an A-B box might be. That is why it will work as a mute also with nothing plugged into an output. Also, both outputs A and B are wired the same so either will work the same.
